Our theme is restrictions of resources, to me this means that people have a limited amount of resources. The quotes relate to our theme because they all have something to do with an important resource. An example "Most of the Peacekeepers turn a blind eye to few of us ho hunt because they're as hungry for fresh meat as anybody is." This quote clearly states that only some people have access to fresh meat, and they have a limited amount to it.
